2. Directory Listings & Vendor Content
The Website includes a vendor/supplier directory and event listings. Some listings may be provided by third-party vendors, suppliers or event organisers (“Vendors”).
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality or suitability of any third-party listings or data. You acknowledge that dealings between you and Vendors are conducted solely between you and that Vendor. We are not a party to those dealings.
3. Paid Listings
We may offer Vendors the option to purchase advertising placements, premium listings, featured placement, or other paid promotional products (“Paid Listings”). Fees for Paid Listings will be as outlined on the Website or agreed in writing. All Paid Listing fees are non‑refundable, except where required by law.
We may modify, suspend or remove any Paid Listing that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
4. Vendor Uploads, Images & Intellectual Property
Where Vendors provide content, including images, logos, copy, claims or promotional materials, they warrant that: – they own the rights or have the legal authority to upload and license such content – the content is accurate, lawful and not misleading
Vendors grant Retail Community Pty Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display and publish such content for the purpose of operating the Website.
5. Intellectual Property (Our IP)
All content on the Website that we create (including layout, article content, curated information, branding, structure and interface design) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or reuse this content without permission.
